Making a Purchase: -
Could not be easier, just browse our website and add any item that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on the ‘checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete your order. We accept Visa and MasterCard.
When confirmation is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not mean that a contract exists between us. We will email you our acceptance of your order once your credit card details have been processed by Paypal or Sagepay. We have included this term to protect us in case a mistake has been made in pricing,or we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason.
In case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to insure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping and Handling: -
We will action your order either the same day or the day after you place it with us, assuming it is a working day. (Monday to Friday 8.55am to 5:00pm)
Delivery Schedule: -
We try to despatch your order the same day we receive it. (Monday to Friday) We will deliver your order free of charge if your total order comes to £40.00 or more (After VAT is added) otherwise the delivery charge is £3.54 Ex VAT. We will deliver to you either by Royal Mail Recorded/Un-Recorded delivery, or by parcel carrier according to weight and value of the order. Certain items, such as long fluorescent tubes can only be transported by courier due to the length and delicate nature of the product. These products are normally pre-selected for an extra shipping charge of £7.50 ex VAT by our website, however, if any long fluorescent tubes do not pick up this extra delivery fee we will contact you to either take the extra payment or refund the order in full.
Delivery is usually within 72 hours or sooner depending on the time of day we receive your order. However, we do not despatch orders at weekends and bank holidays.

Please note we cannot deliver orders to PO Box addresses.
In the event that we are out of stock for a particular item, we will send everything but that item to you. Once the item comes into stock, we will then complete your order and, at NO extra delivery cost to you.

In no circumstances may goods supplied against a firm order be returned without the purchaser having first applied for obtained the written consent of the company. A handling charge may be deducted from any credit allowed where it is established that the reason for their return was not the subject of the provisions of clause 8 or 13 hereof or through any error on the part of the company. Items must be returned in 100% resalable condition i.e. no writing on box, no stickers/labels and no damaged boxes. If goods are returned in an unresalable condition no credit or replacments will be given.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing goods rejected by the purchaser as not complying with the contract must be rejected with in 14 working days of delivery.
